Leadership Labs

I attended 2 leadership labs which helped me to deepen my understanding of many competencies of Leadership. These experiences took place in person and online. 

Creative Problem Solving 12/7/24

In this leadership lab I got to work in a group with peers to find new ways to problem solve and communicate while doing so. We worked in a team to create a tower made of raw noodles as well as building new inventions from materials such as playdough and cardboard. I learned that in a group setting I am good at keeping others on task when there is a time constrain. 

Leading with Integrity 10/22/25

In this lab I was able to learn how to make decisions when facing ethical challenges. I also took a test that helped me to determine priorities in my life such as education, family, philanthropy. I learned that it is important to lead with integrity and remember your morals and priorities when leading.
